Q4. Do you offer anti-spoofing solutions?

A:Yes. Anti-spoofing capabilities are available as an option on selected configurations. They are not standard on every anti-jamming product.

Q5. What can be customized?

A:Customization includes frequency bands, dimensions, weight and interfaces. Receiver integration, anti-spoofing options, and product or packaging branding are also available.

Q6. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

A:Yes. Sample orders are available for product evaluation and integration testing before bulk purchasing.

A:Yes. Products undergo signal reception and anti-jamming performance checks against the agreed specifications before delivery.

A:Yes. Support includes installation, wiring and configuration guidance. Our technical team also assists with receiver and control system compatibility assessments.

Q9. What after-sales support do you provide?
